SCAD collaborated with JW Marriott to redesign and reimagine the hotel room operating system. Our team developed guest journeys, as well as mapping out the key details for guest retention, and visualized new experiential design to facilitate multi-generational appeal. Sadly I can't disclose more of this project, as it is completely under NDA.
